What Is BHBD?

Officially launched in Beijing on October 14, 2018, BHBD is a non-profit, non-governmental organization for promoting biodiversity and health big data sharing in the world, under the framework of “Open Biodiversity and Health Big Data Initiative” by the International Union of Biological Sciences (IUBS). BHBD has joined ANSO since 2020 as one of its professional associations. Taking the opportunities of ANSO supports, BHBD will make more efforts to expand international cooperation network, conduct bilateral and multilateral activities, and facilitate scientific collaboration among members, in order to promote the level of participation for global biodiversity and health big data sharing.
